Essential functions:
- Train, motivate, recognize, and provide feedback to staff.
- Training staff in proper procedures and policies and maintaining a high standard throughout the season.
- Responsible for staff adherence to panorama policies and procedures
- Disciplinary actions as required.
- Performing daily operational routines and all related procedures (merchandising, restocking, cleanliness, check lists etc.)
- Preparation and dispensing of a wide variety of food and beverage products, including alcohol, in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Continually strive to exceed guests’ expectations
- Delivery of quality products on a consistent basis
- Responsible for opening and closing duties related to store operation
- Ensure clean and safe work environment
- Maintain accurate guest bills, and be able to explain charges
- Assist guests with questions and solve problems as they arise
- Operate a computer pos system and all related procedures
- Ensure methods of communication are correct and updated regularly.
- Work within a team atmosphere with other departments and external suppliers to ensure that departmental and corporate goals and objectives are met.
- Handle difficult customer situations in a polite and professional manner.
- Knowledge of panorama facilities, services, and products to provide accurate information
