As a Network EfficiencySenior Analyst, you will report to the Global Courier Efficiency Manager, where you will contribute to optimising the courier network. Your role involves strategic data analysis for short and long-term tactical changes. You will work closely with the Delco Logistics Analytics (DLA) team to utilise and leverage existing datasets and analyses to drive insights around improved courier and network outcomes. Understand qualitative feedback from couriers, in addition to other stakeholders (customers, RPs, internal teams) around process and policy changes. Inform product roadmap decisions and opportunities to improve Network Efficiency.
What's On Your Plate
- Collaborate closely with the Global Network Efficiency Manager to contribute to the optimisation of our courier network
- Play a crucial role in implementing strategies that drive short-term tactical changes for improved Network Efficiency
- Provide analytical support for the formulation and execution of new network programs
- Support in ongoing reporting and improvement opportunities post-roll-out of process changes
- Explore opportunities around competitive benchmarking, insights gathering, and market comparison activities to inform strategic decision-making and enhance organisational competitiveness

- Strong analytical skills and a passion for handling and analysing large and complex data sets
- Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to independently drive multiple work streams within the courier operations domain
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at different levels
- A self-starter with the motivation to take initiative and influence key stakeholders
- An understanding of courier operations and logistics is a plus but not mandatory
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or operations role
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Experience with Google Suite, PowerPoint, SQL
- Experience with Tableau and Python preferred
