Holiday Inn Express Airdrie is currently looking for a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our team.
As a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent, you’ll be responsible for providing the highest level of service to all our hotel guests.
Job Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent include:
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel in a efficient, courteous and professional manner
- Working closely with other departments to ensure special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Interacting with hotel associates in a professional manner
- Answering the telephone in a professional manner and assisting guests with any questions, directions, etc
- Managing and resolving all guest complaints and compliments in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintaining an up to date working knowledge of all property amenities as well as any special events
The ideal Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent candidate will have at least one year of Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent experience, exceptional communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for positive, upbeat individuals who isn't afraid to go above and beyond for our guests.
Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Strong computer skills
- Pleasant telephone demeanor
- Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly and directly with guests
- Must have the ability to work overnight and be available for all days of the week.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
