RAINSOFT (REGINA) LTD. needs to fill a permanent, part-time, Office Administration/Reception position. We may be able to expand this position to full-time, but not to start. Candidates must have the following attributes: a minimum of five years of office experience with a variety of administrative skills, such as fluent in English, computer/email skills, reception/phone skills, handling payments, handling Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable, experience with accounting programs such as Sage 300, organizational skills, excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and to make their position efficient and effective.
Candidates must be mature, have excellent people & telephone skills, who enjoy working alongside two others in a front-office setting. Above all, candidates must have a passion for providing excellent customer service. We typically pay more than industry averages, depending on experience.
