SalaryW.O. Stinson & Son Ltd. is a family business specializing is fuel distribution and HVAC services. We are looking for a reliable, hard working and trustworthy individual to join our team. This is an entry-level position at our office in Smiths Falls, ON.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Office administration- answering phones, dealing with customers, process payments, data entry, etc.
Successful candidates must:
- Be able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Be available Monday to Friday.
- Have experience working with Excel spreadsheets.
- Have strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be customer service oriented and outgoing.
- Be able to multi-task and have the ability to work in a team environment.
- Be available for training at our head office in Ottawa, Ontario for a minimum of 2 weeks before moving into the office in Smiths Falls.
