In our progressively growing steel sales & fabricating business we are looking for a motivated self starter who works well in a team environment with great interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt quickly in our fast-paced business.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Billing and invoice processing
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable data entry
- Material pricing
- Customer assistance
- Inventory management
- Data entry of employee time card information
- Receiving and ordering
- Manage health and safety
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage filing systems
- Write and distribute emails and online correspondence
- Assist management and sales team
- Marketing and advertising, including managing social media
- Other general office duties
Requirements and skills:
- Experience and/or education in the office administration field
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Organized with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Work well with others in a team environment
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Good memory and filing skills
- Proficiency in computer data entry, including MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative Assistant - 3 years (preferred)

Salary: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42.50 per week
