Office Administrator

The Qualified Candidate will possess the following:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role in a busy, multifaceted environment.
• An ability to take direction, learn quickly, self-manage and be very well organized.
• An ability to work in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• TICO certification an asset
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Quickbooks, Salesforce (CMS) and Formsite is an asset
• Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines and in an 'open' environment is a must.
• Possess superior interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Preferred applicants live within the Caledon, Orangeville, Brampton area

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
