We are looking for a motivated self starter looking to start/begin their career. You are a passionate organizer and are good friends with numbers. We are a company dedicated to growth mindsets and as we enter into new trades markets we need to add to our office staff team. We are an inclusive and diverse company.
Duties will include:
Customer Service, Data Entry, Learning Industry specific terminology and processes. At times working alone in the office. Following administrative directives and processes. Ongoing learning via courses or new procedures.
You Bring - Work Traits: Highly organized person, Understand the importance of deadlines, enjoy following procedures, strong desire to build a career not a job. Reliable self transportation. Calm under pressure and able to prioritize tasks. A track record of always replying to customer inquiries.
- Experience - min 1 year office environment, Highschool accounting course level education, able to type 60 words per minute. Proficient in Google Suites.

Nice to haves: Experience working in a Trades Company Office. QuickBooks online or similar. Experience with scheduling and dispatch. Building filling systems. Experience that shows a growth mindset and continuous learning habits.
