Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls (and taking detailed messages), responding to emails
- Daily use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Completing courier (UPS/Purolator) paperwork, labels
- Order Entry
- Inventory checks
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- File and organize documents and paperwork
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Various clerical tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred - Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management systems
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
