About the Organization:
We are an ODSP and ADP authorized vendor that offers both men and women compression garments. We provide fittings for custom and non-custom garments for lymphedema, lipedema patients. Post-surgical compression garments for mastectomy, hysterectomy, breast-reconstruction, and radiation treatment..
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients and manage calendar for the office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments and follow ups and call back
- Maintain and update medical records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, data entry, and organizing documents and responding to emails
- Assisting in billing and coding invoices and order placement via supplier portal
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail packages and patient pick up dates
- Coordinate referrals to other health care providers or specialists
- Ensuring ADP Forms are properly filled out with all the appropriate information
- Protect patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information
- Respond to patient inquiries in a courteous and empathetic manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience working at a medical office is preferred
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintain patient records
- Ability to learn new software
- Protect patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information

- Job Type: Full Time – Monday to Friday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm– 18 Months
- Salary: $17.00 to $ 18.50 per hour
- Start Date: End of February 2024
