Barterpay Southwestern Ontario is expanding and we are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Office administrator who possesses a strong drive to meet targets. Under the direction of the Manager, the account manager is responsible for managing an existing client portfolio while executing a plan to develop and grow the existing client base. Essential Functions:

  • Recommends solutions and services by evaluating and identifying needs to be filled
  • Develop a professional understanding of the Tradebank London. network and services offered
  • Develop relationships with decision makers within designated client portfolio
  • Additional tasks, responsibilities, and special projects assigned from time to time
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills both oral and written
  • Results-oriented attitude with the ability to meet deadlines and think outside the box
  • Ability to view situations from a business owner perspective

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business / Sales / Marketing an asset
  • Experience owning or managing a business an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to execute results against strategy and meet critical deadlines
  • At least 5 years experience in customer service or sales
  • Proven success selling high value products or solutions
  • Experience in the barter environment would be an asset
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $3,500.00-$4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
