Jr Business Analyst

Pacific Programming and Tech Inc., a leading software development firm specializing in the development of various systems and related applications, is expanding its team in Vancouver.

We are currently seeking a Junior Business Analyst to become a fundamental part of our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates that have a strong analytical mindset and a desire to learn. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will being working closely with stakeholders; gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and contributing to the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs.
• Analysis & Documentation: Analyze current processes and systems, creating clear and concise documentation.
• Problem Solving: Identify business challenges and propose effective solutions for operational improvement.
• Communication: Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure a shared understanding of objectives.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to derive insights that inform decision-making.
• Testing & Validation: Collaborate with testing teams to ensure implemented solutions meet specified requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic understanding of business processes and technology concepts.
