The Business Analyst reports to the Project Manager and supports the implementation of technology initiatives. They provide business process reengineering methods, analyze and document business requirements, and identify gaps between requirements and software features. They also assist in developing and maintaining project plans and provide project management support for technology products. Additionally, they offer hands-on application support, consult with cross-functional team members, and provide training and support.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: - Collaborates with stakeholders to understand structures, policies, workflows, and requirements.
- Reviews, analyzes, and defines current and future processes, contributing to the development of specifications and testing for applications or technology platform development.
- Coordinates and implements applications or technology platforms, ensuring documentation, testing, and verification of functionality.
- Develops user documentation and delivers training programs related to technology platforms.
- Identifies service enhancement opportunities, develops program plans, monitors progress, and identifies factors affecting goals.
- Implements effective processes to assess, mitigate, and monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepares analytical reports and briefings using information from various sources. Attends meetings to provide financial information and support decision-making. Performs other related duties as needed.
- Demonstrated expertise in quality improvement tools and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Financial, and Clinical Applications.
- Bachelors degree and 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system analysis skills. Demonstrated project management, analytical, report writing, and design skills.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Knowledge of Public Services and the Health Sector.
- Understanding of service management, IT support, IT infrastructure services, and IT service delivery.
- Experience in teaching and coaching. Understanding of web development, SQL, and web applications preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of IT security, data security, and privacy policies.
