Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join one of Canada's largest athleisure companies on a 100% remote basis.
* As part of the new policy, a project team will be reviewing our current Workday security roles to ensure employee data is secured to only those who are approved for a specific function, and that security access is being assigned and removed in Workday properly (i.e. when an employee moves into or out of a specific role).
* Looking for a BA who can gather requirements from business of how they are using Workday today and articulate impact and risks as we prepare to change our security.
* This is a project with high visibility across the organization and upper leadership
* Ideally looking for a BA who has experience doing project-based work with a background or understanding in Data Governance

5+ years in a HR Business Analyst role
Deep understanding of Data Governance
