We’re looking for an Office Administrator
Opportunity for full or part-time position.
Role Activities:
As an Office Administrator at our Wealth Management Firm, your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of activities crucial to the seamless operation of our office. From collaborating with financial advisors to facilitating client interactions, your role will be dynamic, engaging, and pivotal to the overall success of our team.
Purpose of the Role:
The primary purpose of the Office Administrator is to provide dedicated support to our licensed financial advisors, ensuring the efficient execution of administrative tasks, fostering positive client experiences, and contributing to the overall professionalism of our workplace.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Collaborate closely with licensed financial advisors to implement and execute financial plans.
- Manage the completion and processing of documents for account opening and maintenance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls and emails from clients and suppliers.
- Coordinate and welcome clients for personal meetings with advisors
- Conduct regular visits to the bank to ensure smooth financial transactions (vehicle not required)

The success of the Office Administrator will be measured by the seamless execution of administrative tasks, the positive client experiences facilitated, and the overall efficiency and professionalism of office operations.

- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to task completion.
- Previous work experience in Financial Services and/or financial planning is preferred.
- Proactive in following up on client and office administration tasks.
- Seeking stable, long-term employment.
- Ability to multitask, work quickly, and accurately.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Office products – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Comfortable with computers, printers, fax machines, and resolving minor technical and internet issues.
