Responsibilities:
- DATA ENTRY WITH QUICK BOOKS ONLINE
- ADMINISTRATION OF A/R & A/P ACCOUNTS
- UNDERSTAND AND REVIEW P&L STATEMENTS
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Assist with office organization and maintenance to ensure a clean and efficient work environment
- Support the administrative needs of various departments within the organization
- Assist with basic human resources tasks such as maintaining employee records and processing paperwork
- Utilize office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic human resources practices is a plus
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management systems
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary: $16.55-$26.59 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
