We are looking for a motivated, hard working individual to join our team, providing administrative and office management support in our showroom. The individual will be a key member of the team providing excellent customer service, and recommending solutions that fit the customer's needs.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and Greet customers, both in person and on the phone
Filing and Office Organization
Processing payments through cash and cards
Responding to customer emails
Take and relay messages to appropriate person
Scan documents
Creating quotes through email as well as over the phone and in person
Consult with customers on custom glass projects, recommending products that fit the customers needs
Ensure showroom is clean and presentable
Other duties as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
