To support its growth and expansion, SSM is looking to add an Office Assistant to the team.
Essential Functions:
- Greeting visitors and answering incoming calls.
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and couriers.
- Maintaining office supplies and managing copiers.
- Arranging catering services.
- Recording supplier invoices and coordinating with Finance for supplier reconciliations.
- Entering data in the ERP system such as invoices and project information.
- Monitoring the janitorial services and placing orders for cleaning supplies.
- publishing announcements for key milestones and customer visits at the reception and lunch room screens.
- Arranging supplies for new employees and visitors such as hard hats, name tags.
- Other Admin duties as may be assigned by the job supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Superior communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
