Position: Office Assistant Reporting to: Controller Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Description: Brentridge Ford is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. The successful candidate will report directly to the Controller and will be responsible for various administrative and accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Processing warranties.
• Processing EFT’s (Electronic Funds Transfers).
• Processing ESP’s (Extended Service Plans).
• Accounts payables.
• Accounts receivables.
• Till Balancing.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Payroll experience is required.
• Accounting experience is required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of computers and proficiency in Excel.
• Additional accounting knowledge is considered an asset.

Wage: The wage for this position will be determined based on the candidate's knowledge and experience.
