Gangster Enterprises Ltd is looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and assist in the day-to-day operations of our head office located in Calgary, AB.
Gangster Enterprises Ltd is a leader in supplying Rig Water and Vacuum Truck services to the Alberta Oilfield Industry. We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team.

Rate of pay negotiable and dependent on applicant’s experience.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in the day-to-day operations of our Calgary Office including accounting, administrative, and financial tasks

· Process and record accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll

· Maintain employee, truck, and trailer files

Applicants must possess:

· Experience with Office Administration, Payroll, and Accounts Receivable / Payables required.

· Experience with Simply Accounting and Microsoft Office required.

· Applicant with following experience would be considered a good fit:

· Post-secondary education with a focus on Accounting or Business Administration.

· Previous Experience in the Trucking and/or Oil and Gas Service Industry would be considered an asset.

Salary: From $22.00 - 23.00 per hour – based on knowledge and experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
