Office Assistant

Midwest Fabricators is looking for an Office Assistant to join the team. We are a complex organization looking for an individual to help in all areas and willing to learn new skills.

Job Duties:

- Assist with accounts receivable/payable data entry

- Assist with payroll processing (time sheet entry, payroll reconciliation and preparation)

- Maintain spreadsheets

- Assist with purchasing

- Assist with order entry

- Reception coverage

- Filing

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures an asset

- Office experience an asset

- Ability to analyze data

- Hands on experience with MS Excel

- Must be familiar with MS Office

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Must have excellent communication skills

- Be able to multitask

- Must be willing to learn

Training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
