Office Assistant
A fast-growing pre-owned Dealership is looking for an experienced and energetic assistant to join our team. With over 14 years in business and a proven track record, we require a dedicated candidate with relative experience to help us grow.
This position will not be based at a desk. A successful candidate would be required to run between our two locations and partnered auto body shops.
A vehicle will be provided for all work-related tasks. (DRIVER'S LICENSE AND CLEAN RECORD REQUIRED)
Position: Monday to Friday (Required)
Duties:
· Depositing cheques at the bank
· Pick up and drop off vehicles
· Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of kitchen and common areas
· Pick up office supplies and groceries
· Perform other general office duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
