```Duties``` - Oversee and manage all office operations and procedures - Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff - Manage office budgets and expenses, including tracking invoices and processing payments - Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion - Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records - Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication ```Qualifications``` - Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role - Proficient in budgeting, financial management, and basic accounting principles - Strong clerical skills with attention to detail - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Experience in vendor management is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
