Swift Lawn Care is looking for an Office Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of office operations, including but not limited to: scheduling, communication, customer service, and maintaining a high level of organization and cleanliness in the office
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all customers are taken care of and office procedures are followed
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist visitors with scheduling
• Ensure that office is kept clean and organized
• Maintain inventory of supplies

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role or similar role working directly with customers is preferred but not required.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must also be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively via email, phone, or in person with internal or external customers. Must also be able to maintain professional behavior at work while maintaining a positive attitude towards all employees and customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
