Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all office operations and procedures - Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees - Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain organized filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information - Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed Experience: - Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using phone systems, copiers, scanners, and other office equipment - Knowledge of front desk procedures and customer service principles - Experience in team management or supervisory roles is a plus - Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks - Basic understanding of human resources practices and procedures - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
