As our business continues to grow, we are adding both full time and part time positions to our team with very flexible hours.

What you'll do:

As an Oil Change Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will help drive the continued success of GCOC by providing reliable and impeccable preventive maintenance service. You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, evaluating their needs and performing maintenance to keep their vehicle serviced and safe on the road.

• Evaluate customers’ needs, working quickly and efficiently.
• Contribute to a fun team atmosphere.
• Master products, services, and company knowledge.
• Perform automotive preventive maintenance such as checking and refilling other vehicle fluids, replacing filters, and inspecting and replacing lights and wipers.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace.

What you will need to succeed:

• English fluency in reading, writing and speaking.
• Care about the customer experience as this job involves interaction with the customer 75% of the time.
• Take pride in the quality of workmanship as we are trusted to deliver a consistent experience.
• Have an open mind and willing to learn new procedures and processes.
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment as part of a team or independently.
• Be reliable, punctual and have a flawless attendance record.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and climb stairs.
• You can occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Have full mobility and the ability to work with your hands above your head.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment

We are located at 5 Main Street East, Milton, Ontario. Our hours of operation currently are:

Mon - Fri: 08:00am - 06:00pm

Sat: 08:00 - 04:00pm

Sun: closed.

Salary: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
