A.Duties & Responsibilities
1. Ensure customer satisfaction for quality related items.
2. Act as a liason to the customer for our company. Communicate issues/information effectively and expeditiously to the plant to ensure timely resolution.
3. Advocate for the plant in cases where the customer is at fault or there is not clarity that the issue is ours.
4. If an issue occurs at the customer and a sort is required, either perform or arrange for sort of suspect product until certified product arrives from the plant.
5. Report to the plant all issues and any information (ie Op #’s, date etc) to assist in the investigation of the issue.
6. Communicate any internal customer information/issues that may impact our company.
7. Carryout other tasks as assigned by the Quality Manager.
B.Minimum Qualifications
1. Must be able to communicate well in English both verbal and written.
2. Must be able to take direction and use good judgement when communicating with the customer.
3. Must have some understanding of injection molding and the paint process.
C.Required Skills
1. Able to work independently.
2. Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
3. Computer literacy (email).
4. Ability to detect moulding and paint defects such as sink, flash, dirt etc.
5. Understanding of key Quality & Environmental Management Systems procedures related to job function
6. No colour vision deficiency.
