Customer service;
- Ensure full customer satisfaction by giving the right time, respecting loading and delivery deadlines, meeting specific needs;
- Take, process, redirect calls & emails;
- Respond to pickup and delivery tracking requests;
- Making appointments;
- Perform transport order entries;
- Ensure fluidity in the processing and reliability of information;
- Manage and track the customs clearance of inbound and outbound trips, inform drivers of their release;
- Assist the dispatchers in some of their functions;
- Assist in the search for trips;
- Make submissions;
- Open an account, license, insurance, credit rating;
- Track trailer and pallet truck inventories;
- Sale of travel Brokerage:
- Complete the continuous improvement table regarding any preventable problems that have arisen;
- Solving various operational problems;
- Transmit directives to drivers (instructions, documents etc.)
- Assist drivers (travel constraints, customs, problems on the road and others);
- Ensure that drivers send their documents and perform their tasks in real time;
- Ensure that drivers comply with safety standards aimed at compliance before departure, mandatory safety equipment on board vehicles: bills of lading, cupboards, safety bars and other safety supplies;
- Assist the Accounting Technician in certain tasks such as collection, invoicing, etc.
- Take evening and weekend calls alternately with the team.
