What you’ll do:
You will deliver measurable, profitable, and sustainable growth throughout the assigned portfolio of local Co-ops. This will be achieved through effective coaching of local Co-op Team Leaders with a focus on improving the EBITDA performance of their business. Note that approximate annual travel of 60% is required.
- You will achieve budgeted sales for the assigned portfolio of local Co-ops.
- You will collaborate with local Co-op Senior Managers to identify sales improvement opportunities, build sales action plans identifying internal and external sales opportunities, and coach local Co-op Managers on how to execute prepared plans.
- You will work in partnership with the Operations Team to ensure overarching action plans are congruent and align with department objectives.
- You will improve EBITDA results for the assigned portfolio of local Co-ops. This will include working with local Co-op Senior Team Leaders to develop action plans and operational reviews addressing the locations EBITDA improvement opportunities and coaching Team Leaders on effective implementation and follow-up resulting in EBITDA improvement.
- You will provide leadership to local Co-ops for renovations, expansions, replacement and greenfield stores. This will include working with local Co-ops on designing, implementing and overseeing inside store set up, CASM selection and placement, Grand Opening events.
- You will review image and merchandising standards, CASM selection, and store layout with local Co-op Team Leaders, offering guidance and support towards a proper customer experience resulting in increased sales.
- You will provide feedback to Home Office regarding local market conditions, competitive pricing and marketing activity, policy and program recommendations and sales promotion ideas.
- You will work in partnership with the Operations Team and act as a liaison between local Co-ops and various Home Office departments as required.

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Marketing.
- You have a minimum of 6-9 years of progressively responsible experience in retail management (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
