Operations Analyst

Kee West is a leading auto carrier in Western Canada with the goal of becoming the leading auto carrier across Canada. Our Calgary office is looking for an Operations Analyst to join the team.

Reporting to the location manager, you will be responsible for:

- Communicating with customers and arranging payments;

- Running reports;

- Various data entry tasks;

- Coordinating shipments and driver movements;

- Assisting the location manager with dispatch;

- Spending approximately 1 hour per day outdoors coordinating the movement of vehicles;

- Suggesting ways to improve our processes;

- Ensuring shipments are properly documented; and

- Whatever is necessary to "get the job done".

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability work independently and as part of a team
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• A post-secondary degree or diploma
• Experience in trucking or logistics may be an asset but is not required

If the individual we hire is successful in the position, he or she will will be given progressively more responsibility and commensurately higher pay.

Salary: $52,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
