Schedule: 37.5 hours/week. Possibility of working four-day weeks!

JOB DESCRIPTION
In the short term, your main responsibilities will include:
- Getting acquainted with our tools, our computer system, warehouse logistics, and the operations of our distribution center.
- Being responsible for allocating orders to different resources to ensure timely delivery that meets our standards.
- Managing the workload of the order pickers team while assisting and guiding them to success!
- Acting as a bridge between the operations supervisor and the team to ensure smooth communication.
What else?
- Automation at Transit is far from over. And your involvement will be required to help us define needs, participate in process improvements, and contribute to the creation of tools that allow us to optimize operations.
