Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient processes. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing operational procedures, achieving brand standards, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure effective workflow

- Manage and supervise a team of senior employees, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and performance evaluations

- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company standards and objectives

- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline best practices and resolve any operational issues

- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding resource allocation and process improvements

- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, and maintaining appropriate stock levels

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees

- Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, open communication, and employee engagement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

- Food service experience

- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills

- Proficient in using software applications for data analysis and reporting

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work well under pressure

Salary: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
