Job Title: Operations Manager

Whats the Job?
Oversee and manage delivery, warehouse, technical services
Ensure positive staff relations through consistent and effective communication
Oversee and manage administrative processes and procedures, ensuring efficient execution in line with corporate policy.
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, orientation, onboarding, retention, and offboarding.
Provide coaching and performance feedback, supporting professional growth, training, and development.
Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment
Collaborate closely with Associate Managers and leaders across the territory and country to promote synergy.
What do you bring to the job?
Experienced operations and people manager with a minimum of 5 direct reports.
Management focus on the operational side of the business with a technical service component preferred (installs, removals, exchanges, and service of equipment).
Proven ability to implement corporate best practices and policies.
A change agent who can lead change initiatives, engage, and support others in the process.
Lean Six Sigma training is an asset.
A coach focused on leading and building high-performance teams.
Strong communicator with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships internally and externally, especially within a corporate structure.
Committed to valuing health and safety, championing occupational health and safety standards and policies.
Proven track record of increasing responsibility throughout your career.
Level-headed and calm under pressure with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done when necessary.
