Position Overview:
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and holding our operations team accountable. You will oversee revenue forecasting, manage yard facilities and ensure equipment maintenance.
Job Duties:
· Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
· Manage daily operations
· Collaborate with the General Manager on policy planning and strategic initiatives
· Monitor, evaluate, and adjust business processes
· Act as a central point of contact for operational matters
· Facilitate employee training and development
· Intervene in case of issues or hazardous situations
· Oversee maintenance and organization
· Lead and manage the Operations team, ensuring accountability and adherence to budgets
· Provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews
· Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue based on project data

Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5-10 years of proven leadership and management experience, showcasing successful outcomes.
· Expertise in budget management to ensure financial efficiency.
· Proven track record of achieving ambitious goals, demonstrating determination and perseverance.
· Familiarity with high-end service offerings would be advantageous.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to facilitate effective communication and data management.
· Knowledge of industry products
