Operations Manager
We are looking for a candidate who will join our dynamic team at our Vars location. The Operations Manager is responsible for the safe and effective operation of our Vars facility crop inputs and for ensuring that we meet customer requirements. The ideal candidate would have a strong work ethic, positive leadership skills and lead by example.

Requirements:
- **Must be Fluently Bilingual**
- A minimum of 5 years of effective results oriented management is required.
- Ability to work with Microsoft office software
- Organized approach and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and lead by example
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required
- Any other duties that can reasonably be required
