- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring positive staff and client relationships
- Maintaining the core values of the brand and ensuring all staff are upholding these values
- Analyzing and understanding the performance and productivity of staff members
- Creating a welcoming environment for students of all ages.
- Ensure group classes and private lessons are running smoothly and efficiently
- Receiving feedback from customers and finding solutions. Enhancing customer satisfaction levels
- Assigning key tasks to the appropriate staff. Establishing and maintaining schedules and deadlines for the given tasks.
- Conducting small and large team meetings to foster effective communication within the organization
- Managing seasonal programming and preparing for upcoming sessions and events

Job Specs:
- Timing: Immediate
- Training: One month paid training/shadowing period
- Schedule: Full Time hours based on a schedule agreed upon by studio owners.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
