Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
- Manage and allocate resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
Experience:
- 5+ years experience in Audio Visual operations management or Events A/V
- Strong knowledge of operational best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Proficient in using technology to streamline operations
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
