Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor reports to the Branch Manager and is an integral part of the operations leadership. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for many aspects of the day-to-day operations including but not limited to ensuring the operators follow proper safety protocol, on-boarding and training new operators, and customer service to clients.`

Duties```
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the department
- Supervise and train a team of operations staff to meet performance goals
- Develop and implement operational procedures and policies
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team for timely replenishment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Analyze operational data and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field
- Proficiency in using systems and software relevant to the role, such as E-commerce platforms, Microsoft Word, and Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills to analyze operational data and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience operating a forklift is preferred but not required
- Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook for communication purposes
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $41,297.55-$94,918.58 per year
