Responsibilities:

· Guide the overall operations of the company.

· Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and protocols.

· Lead, inspire, and motivate a team towards operational excellence.

· Collaborate with various departments for integrated and efficient operations.

· Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement areas.

· Innovate processes for increased efficiency.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

· Manage invoice generation and payment collection.

· Utilize Print Software and Hardware

· Perform technical SEO activities to optimize website performance.

· Utilize the Adobe Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) to create high-quality visual content for marketing purposes.

· Analyze website performance, manage servers, and conduct speed testing to ensure optimal website functionality.

· Safely pilot a drone to capture aerial footage for marketing materials and promotional content.

· Utilize photography and videography to create engaging visual content for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
