SalaryPosition: Order Processor
Reports to: Accounts Payable and Inventory Specialist
The Order Processor is responsible for order fulfilment, shipping and receiving, RMA’s and office duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Order fulfillment and configuring products for shipment to US and Canadian customers.
- Shipping and receiving
- Daily mail collection and distribution
- Electronic cheque deposits and reporting
- Receiving and recording returns for quantity and quality
- Sending prepaid shipping labels, shipping directions and paperwork to US and Canadian customers for returns when required
- Keep electronic files of all orders and file appropriately
- Assist in inventory control with counts of stock, including monthly, quarterly, and year end inventory counts as required
- Ensuring new products received are counted, recorded and shelved properly
- Maintain and follow the (RMA) return merchandise authorization process including updates to tracking logs and system updates.
- Responsible for regular and special reports as assigned
- Report on low office supplies and keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
- Device testing as required
- Open and close the warehouse Monday to Friday
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Order Processor preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Must possess excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to self-manage and work independently
- Detail and deadline oriented, fast-paced, high-pressure, time-sensitive environment
- Physically demanding; some heavy lifting
- Excellent computer skills and Adobe knowledge
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience with accounting programs for reports, inventory and order entry
- The ability to effectively communicate and present issues in a clear and concise manner both orally and written
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 per year
