Job Title: Order Processor

Location: Beamsville, ON

AdeptAg_Zwart Systems Irrigation Solutions requires an Order Processor. As the Order Processor, you will be required to process orders in the current ERP system and accurately transcribe the customer’s request into a sales/workorder and/or create small to mid-tier quotes. You will be able to work well and communicate effectively, with all other department to ensure the data and dates are accurate. You will be involved with Inventory counts as required.

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Develop an in-depth knowledge of all product lines
• Process orders in Genius ERP system accurately and in timely manner
• Accurately transcribe customer’s requirements to Sales/Work Order
• Understanding and advising what product is best suited for the customers requirements
• Creating quotes based on customers or internal requests
• Confirm with production/ shipping departments that dates given by sales and/or design are achievable
• Make sure to print/file back-up documents for every order when packing list is created
• Invoice cheque sales and process credit card payments as necessary
• Send out invoices and/or receipts to customer when requested
• Perform Inventory counts in Warehouse as required
• Work with Purchasing,Operations, Shipping, Warehouse, Design, Production and After Market Service/Sales departments to ensure best results
• Process customer returns as necessary
• Participate in meetings as required
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, safety protocols and quality management
• Attend training sessions as required

Skills and Knowledge:

• Knowledge and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (Genius ERP) software
• Strong computer skills and aptitude i.e. Excel Spreadsheets
• Exceptional written and verbal skills
• Ability to interface with all levels of employees and managers
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong eye for detail
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Able to work well in high pressure situations

Remuneration:

Competitive wages that will be based on experience, knowledge and skill set. A health benefit package is offered after successful completion of the probationary period. We offer vacation time and a positive work environment. The position is full-time Monday to Friday; 8am to 5pm.
