PACS Administrator

Vacancy & Classification:PACS Administrator (Part-Time, Permanent)

Hours: Tours as per schedule

Salary: $35.11 - $47.03 / hourly

Qualifications:

· Graduate of an accredited school of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technology.

· Current CMRITO (College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario) registration required

· Imaging Informatics Certificate (or equivalent) preferred

· Minimum 5 years of experience as a registered Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologist

· Demonstrated proficiency in advanced hospital applications including PACS, PowerScribe, and NEODIN (troubleshooting, routine maintenance, technical support etc.)

· Familiarity with ISCV, EPIC, CASE, WTIS, MUSE

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective problem-solving abilities and a commitment to quality

· Demonstrated understanding of Medical Imaging clinical processes and the different modalities, how they function and interact/interface with one another

· Demonstrated initiative and accountability

· Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

· Strong member of the interdisciplinary team

· Physically able to perform the duties within the physical demands of the work area: constant standing and/or walking, occasional heavy physical effort required such as lifting equipment; frequent interruptions
