Professional Psychologists and Associates Corp hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant. We are a group of mental health service providers (Psychologists and Clinical Social Workers) who provide counselling and assessment services.
Your role will be to perform general office and reception duties. Our ideal candidate will be able to work weekday afternoons and evenings and some Saturdays. The anticipated number of work hours per week is 15-20 hours.
Duties Include:
Answering Phones
Scheduling appointments
Greeting clients on arrival
Filing charts
Taking payments using a variety of platforms
Maintaining the office environment
Assorted tasks as requested by staff (scanning, shredding, etc.)
Skills and abilities:
Excellent written and oral communication
Ability to handle confidential information
Ability to work independently
Computer proficiency
Previous experience in an office environment is beneficial
