In this role, you will represent Coca-Cola, a tier one, consumer packaged goods, beverage company, conducting audits on Coca-Cola and manage/coaching a team of field representatives who will also be conducting these audits.

The Opportunity: PART-TIME TEAM LEAD - WEST - APPROX. 28 - 30 HOURS / WEEK - MUST HAVE ACCESS TO RELIABLE VEHICLE - APPROX $22-$24/HR
What You Will Be Doing Every Day:
- Compliance Audits at Grocery, Mass Merchandising, Drug, Convenience/Gas & Food Service locations
- Product Distribution
- Out of Stock
- Display Execution
- Pricing Compliance
- Inventory Assessment
- POG Compliance
- Competitive brand assessment
- Product Quality Control
- 100% call coverage - you will have a target # of audits to complete every day/week within your own territory.
- Initial on-boarding of new field representatives along with ongoing coaching and support.
- Administrative tasks related to this role.
- Execute priorities as directed by your manager.
- Communicate and problem solve any issues or concerns.
- Travel to your team’s territories to lead performance development process.
- Complete assigned audits in your team’s territories when there are vacancies.
