Skills

• Coordinate daily restaurant operations.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer requests/complaints.
• Regularly review product quality.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Supervise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and restaurant safety regulations.
• Manage and maintain Crush Social Eatery's positive image in the restaurant industry, and incorporate suggestions and ideas to further improve Crush Social Eatery's standing.
• Control operational costs.
• Performing weekly inventory on food and liquor.
• Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register or POS system.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of products.
• Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Assists with a variety of bar-related functions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant experience is required.
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Available to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
