Part Time Overnight Group Home Shift Worker

Glebeview Residence - Overnight Shift

We are a home for special needs housing 34 live in residents. Every one of our residents are kind, polite and respectful. We have staff 24/7 to make sure someone of authority is always around. It is your job to be the one in charge of the home and be someone who people can rely on / ask questions if needed.

The shift starts from 10:30pm - 6:30am

You can decide which two days of the week you work.

Most, if not all, residents will be asleep while you are on your shift.

Its a quiet shift.

that being said, there are tasks and duties you must complete to ensure morning staff is set up for success. Those duties will be explained in person.

Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules (if needed)
- Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
- Complete housekeeping tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, overall cleaning
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the coworkers
- Follow care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
