AddressBondars Furniture is seeking an energetic, friendly, customer service oriented individual with good computer skills to join our team. This is a multifaceted position that includes general reception duties, assisting sales staff, answering phones and assisting Sales Manager with various tasks. If you are a "jack of all trades" this could be the job for you!
Hours are Saturday 9:45am - 5pm & Sunday 11:45am - 5pm
Main responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound calls and assisting with questions and inquires
- Dispatching calls to the right department and taking messages
- Tracking clients in and out of the store
- Answering client questions and inquiries
- Assisting the sales staff
- Helping maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of the store
- Provide outstanding customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 13-15 per week
Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
