SalaryWe’re looking for a person with EXPERIENCE, and well versed knowledge for operating industrial Embroidery Machine made by Tajima. The position also uses a heat transfer machine in our apparel customization process.
Knowledge and experience in use of digitized files is a must
Knowledge and experience in digitizing files/converting art files for use in embroidery is a plus
Applicants need to be able to seamlessly and efficiently run Tajima Embroidery Machines.
Maintain and trouble shoot any technical problem regarding the machine.
Read work orders to determine type and location of embroidery.
Program the machine(s) to select size and color thread and draws it through machine guides and bobbin.
Observes sewing operation to detect defects in stitching that indicate machine malfunction and notifies supervisor of malfunction.
Involves use of specialized computer software and standing for periods of time.
Fluent with Adobe Acrobat, Corel Draw, and other art based software programs
Independently manage supplies of thread and materials used in customization process.
Attention to detail is an absolute necessity
Timely completion of work and timeliness is a necessity
