Tusket Ford is looking for a full-time Parts Advisor. A Parts Advisor is responsible for assisting customers, suppliers, and technicians by providing information and services they require.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with all their parts needs in a friendly and timely manner
- Ordering and billing parts accurately and in a timely manner
- Answering phone calls from customers and other businesses
- Gathering all required parts for technicians and service advisors and accurately bill them on the correct work order
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong computer skills/Knowledge of computerized parts programs
- Ability to regularly lift heavy items
- Automotive experience would be an asset but is not required
