Powerhouse - Parts & Service Advisor

Ceilidh Honda Powerhouse is currently recruiting an experienced Parts and Service Advisor to join our Powerhouse parts and service team.

We are an ambitious and energetic dealership looking to add a dynamic parts and service representative to our team.

What we are looking for:

• Highly motivated person with a positive attitude and customer first approach.
• Solid knowledge of computer programs and internet based applications.
• Willingness to train and maintain a high degree of product and industry knowledge.
• Exceptional customer service skills, excellent follow-up skills with a genuine focus on customer support and retention.
• Previous customer service, Parts & Service Advisor experience would be an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 – 47 per week

Experience:

• Service Advisor: 1 year (preferred)
